CRM_PRC_EASY - Set Up Easy Condition Entry

You use this activity to configure easy entry of conditions in the business transaction. You can permit up to 5 price-relevant condition types from a particular pricing procedure for easy condition entry. You can then enter values for these 5 conditions directly in the transaction screen, for example a discount of 3%.

Easy condition entry is only possible for sales documents.

You can transfer the settings from this activity to CRM Mobile. The settings cannot be changed on Mobile Client.

You have created a pricing procedure and assigned it to a transaction type.

You define the condition types for easy condition entry for each pricing procedure.

1. Enter a pricing procedure in the field Procedure.
2. If you want to be able to make changes to the selected condition types directly at header level, select the checkbox field Header.
3. Use the input help to choose the condition types that you want easy condition entry to be possible for. You can assign up to 5 condition types.
