CRM_PREFILL_CREATION - BAdI: Prefilling - Service Request Creation

You can use this BAdI to add prefilled attributes in the creation of a service request.

This BAdI has a single method, SRVQ_ENHANCEMENT_PREFILL, which uses the following parameters:

Import Parameters:

• IR_BT_SERVICEREQUEST

• IT_ENHANCEMENT

In the standard system, the following standard, empty implementation is delivered: CRM_PREFILL_CREATION_SRVQ. The implementing class is CL_CRM_PREFILL_CREATION_SRVQ, which implements the interface IF_CRM_PREFILL_CREATION_SRVQ.

You could use this BAdI to prefill the Description field of a service request.
