In this Customizing activity, you define account assignment groups for incentives.

Account assignment groups can be used in Contract Accounting (FI-CA) during the account determination process. More specifically, the account assignment group influences which accounts in FI-CA are credited or debited with the incentive amounts.

When an incentive is processed, the system creates a billing request item (BRI) and includes information about the account assignment group. The system then uses this information to determine which account is debited or credited with the incentive amount.
