CRM_PROV_CC_COUNTER - BAdI: Display SAP CC Counters in Subscription Contracts

This Business Add-In (BAdI) belongs to the enhancement spot CRM_ISX_ERP_CONTRACT.
It is used in the subscription contract to adjust the counter display.
The BAdI is called when the contract document with the counter from SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) is read from the FI-CA system.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the tab Enhancement Spot Element Definitions in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

The interface IF_CRM_ISX_PROV_CC_COUNTER contains the following methods:

• FILTER_COUNTER

You can use this method to filter the counters of the charging item. The counter data to be displayed can be changed or the data volume can be reduced.

• SET_VIEW_ID

You can use this method to provide a view ID so that only those counters that belong to this view ID, according to the FI-CA Customizing Define Views for Display, are returned from FI-CA. If no view ID is provided, all counters are returned. You can also define language-specific descriptions for counters and the output format for counter values in Customizing for FI-CA.

If no implementation exists, the implementation in the fallback class CL_CRM_ISX_PROV_CC_COUNTER_DFL is executed. In this implementation, all internal counters are deleted, and counters shared within a contract are displayed once, and only if they belong to several charge plans.
