CRM_PS_ASSESS_BADI - BAdI: Define Item Assessment Strategy

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Social Services component to define your item assessment strategies.

You implement your item assessment strategy using the method ITEM_ASSESSMENT. The filter for this BAdI is the key of the item assessment strategy.

The BAdI is not activated in the standard system.

For information about the implementation of BAdIs in the context of the Enhancement Concept, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Embedding in the Enhancement Framework.

The delivered example implementation CL_CRM_PS_ASSESS_BADI_EXAMPLE1 stipulates that items flagged as 'eligible' are given the status 'accepted' or 'released', and items that are 'not eligible' are given the status 'rejected'. Automatic item assessment is not performed if items have already been assessed.
