This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component Social Services to assign business transactions to cases in Case Management.

It enables you to check and enhance the case determination algorithms contained in the standard SAP system. The BAdI is filter-dependent. The filter value is the case determination algorithm.

The following methods are provided:

• CHECK

Check results of case search

• PERFORM_ALGO

Use customer-defined determination algorithms

• SET_CRITERIA

Use additional search criteria

The BAdI is not activated in the standard SAP system.
