CRM_PS_CAP_CTDS_BADI - BAdI: Enhancement of Case Type Determination Strategy

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component Social Services to assign business transactions to cases in Case Management.

The BAdI enables you to implement a customer-defined case type determination strategy and to override a case type determination strategy contained in the standard system. The filter of this BAdI is the ID of a defined case type determination strategy.

The methods of this BAdI are called before case type determination or directly after case type determination within the case creation process. The following method is supported:

• PERFORM_CTDS

With this method you can implement a customer-defined case type determination strategy.

When a BAdI implementation is activated, make sure that corresponding implementations exist for the method.

The BAdI is not activated in the standard system.
