This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component Social Services to assign business transactions to cases in Case Management.
It enables you to determine the case node ID of a case to which a business transaction, or the relevant business partner, is to be assigned. The BAdI is filter-dependent and the filter value is the case type.
The methods of this BAdI are called before the case is created or changed. The following methods are supported:
- With this method you can transfer a model node for the business partner assignment.
- With this method you can transfer a model node for the business transaction assignment.
When a BAdI implementation is active, make sure that corresponding implementations exist for both methods.
The BAdI is not active in the standard system.
