CRM_PS_CREATE_SDP - Define Social Deduction Plans

To define social deduction plans (SDPs), complete the following activities in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management:

• Define Transaction Types

Create the required SDP transaction types with the leading business transaction category BUS2000290.

• Define Number Ranges

Create the number ranges for SDP transactions by choosing Number Ranges for Social Deduction Plans.

• Define Item Categories

Create the required SDP item categories with the item object type BUS2000291 and assign a deduction plan item process category that defines the type of deduction to each SDP item category.

• Define Copying Control for Transaction Types

Define the control for copying header information of a SDP to a follow-up SDP.

• Define Copying Control for Item Categories

Define the control for copying previous SDP items to a follow-up SDP.

• Under Industry-Specific Solutions -> Public Sector -> Social Services -> Basic Settings, make the required settings for the activities under Case Assignment, Approval Check, and Change Processes.
