CRM_PS_CRMV_4S_PROCT - Determine Target Transaction Type in Change Processes

In this Customizing activity, you define the successor transaction types of a social service plan or a social deduction plan for Social Service-specific change processes, dependent on the business transaction category, item object type, and the transaction type of the source business transaction.
The settings you can define here are intended for the case that you wish to execute the same change processes for multiple transaction types in your system.
In addition to these Customizing settings you also have to define the copy control settings for the successor transaction types and item categories under Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Copying Control for Business Transactions ->
- The copy control settings for item categories are only required if your change process also transfers the items for the predecessor transaction type.
- Choose New Entries.
- Define the change process, the business transaction category (header level), item object type (item level), and the transaction type of the source business transaction on which the change process is to be executed.
- Define a target transaction type for the successor business transaction (dependent on the transaction history settings in Customizing for the change process).
- Save your entries.
