This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component Social Services to support the decision basis (DBA) user interface. You use this BAdI to define customer-specific logic for a DBA change. Follow-up action is the last step of change of circumstance process.

For example, this BAdI can define the following actions:

  • Create a new activity associated with a case, an SOA, or an SSP
  • Create a new SSP

Note: There is one follow-up action executed per SSP chain.

This BAdI has a method (EXECUTE_FOLLOW_UP_ACTION) and uses a corresponding interface (IF_CRM_PS_DBA_COC_FOLLOW_UP).

The interface has the following parameters:

Parameter Name Description
IV_DBA_GUID DBA GUID
IV_SSP_GUID_APPROV GUID of last approved SSP
IT_CHANGES List of changed entitiy types
IT_CHANGE_INFO List of related information changes
IT_SSP_GUIDS_NOT_APP List of SSP GUIDs where the SSP is not approved
ET_MESSAGE Return messages added to the application log

Table ET_MESSAGE is the only export parameter. Messages are added to the application log with object type, CRM_PS_DBA_COC, and subtype, COC_FLA.

BAdI: Define Follow-Up Action is part of enhancement spot, CRM_PS_DBA_COC_FOLLOW-UP, and is using the DBA transaction type as a filter.
