CRM_PS_IPS_BADI - BAdI: Define Item Proposal Strategy

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used to implement customer-defined item proposal strategies (IPS) in the Social Servicescomponent.

The method FILL_IPS_LIST collects the data from the request form and creates a social application item or a social service plan item for each requested benefit.

The filter for this BAdI is the item proposal profile (IPP).

The BAdI is not active in the standard system.

The delivered sample implementation CL_CRM_PS_IPS_BADI_EXAMPLE illustrates how a relevant item is created in the social application for each product associated with the request category.
