CRM_PS_SSPDS_BADI - BAdI: Define SSP Determination Strategy

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Social Services component to define customer-specific social service plan determination strategies (SSP-DS). It enables you to implement your own strategies for determining social service plans that are to be linked with a social application for successor processing.

Payment on Request
This BAdI is also used in the Social Services component for payment requests. You define your customer-specific decision flow determination strategy to identfy and assign a decision flow including the matching social service plan/s with requestable entitlement items.

You use the method PERFORM_SSPDSto implement a SSP determination strategy to search for matching social service plans. The result of this method is a list of possible GUIDs of social service plans. These are transferred to the SSP assignment profile which creates the link between two matching transactions.

The filter of this BAdI is the key of the social application plan assignment profile (SSP-AP).

The BAdI is not activated in the standard system.

1. Implement your determination strategy in the method PERFORM_SSPDS.
2. Select the SSP determination category BADI_SSP (SSP Determination Using BAdI) for the respective SSP assignment profile respectively decision flow assignment profile.
