In this step, you can define residence times for your rebate due lists. The residence time specifies the number of days which must pass before a rebate due list can be archived. For example, your company may decide that rebate due lists with a certain rebate profile should always be archived 90 days after they were last changed. The change date in the rebate due list header serves as the base date for the check.

The settlement status of a rebate due list must be either Finally Settled or Cancelled before it can be archived. No extended checks are performed to determine if the corresponding rebate agreement or marketing project has been archived.

Rebate settlement documents are archived along with the rebate due list.

Enter residence times for all rebate profiles to be archived.

  • The archiving object BEACRMRRDL is used for archiving the rebate due list and settlement documents.
  • Rebate due lists of a particular rebate profile are not included in archiving if no residence time is maintained for that rebate profile. In other words, the minimum residence time is 1 day.
  • You can make general settings for archiving rebate due lists in the Implementation Guide under SAP Web Application Server → Application Server → System Administration → Data Archiving → Archiving Object-Specific Customizing. Choose the archiving object BEACRMRRDL.
