CRM_REB_CONFIGURE - Configure Application

In this activity you can configure the rebate application or gain an overview of the features that are currently active. You have the following options:

• You can regenerate the entire application.

• You can activate a feature that was delivered inactive.

When you activate a feature, the metadata of the application selected is changed accordingly.

Activate Feature That Was Delivered Inactive

1. To activate an additional feature, select the required feature and choose Save.
2. In the dialog box that follows, confirm the proposal for the application to be regenerated immediately.

If you call up the application configuration for an entire application, you can activate several features at once, and you then only have to regenerate the application once.

If you call up the application configuration to activate a particular feature from the Customizing of the individual rebate functions, the activation indicator is set automatically and made apparent by the cursor, meaning that all you have to do is save. You cannot change any of the other settings.

Note: For reasons of compatibility, you cannot deactivate a feature once it has been activated, since database enhancements are carried out when generation takes place.
