If you want to influence the rebate determination in sales or service transactions via custom fields, for example for direct rebates, you have to make the following settings.

Note that if you want to influence the result of rebate determination in extract processing, the following settings do not apply. In this case you have to use Generated BAdI Definitions.

  • Add the custom field to the field catalog.
For more information, see Maintain Field Catalog.
  • If the field is to be saved in the transaction, you must enter it (with the same name as in the field catalog) in the following structures using transaction SE11:
  • CRMT_CUSTOMER_I_INT (Item data for purely internal processing)

  • CRMT_CUSTOMER_I_EXT (Item data can be shown externally)

  • CRMT_CUSTOMER_H_INT (Header data for purely internal processing)

  • CRMT_CUSTOMER_H_EXT (Header data can be shown externally)

  • If you want to provide fields for the condition determination dynamically without saving them directly in the transaction, for example product or business partner data, you can use business add-in (BAdI) Definition of Communication Structures, Condition Technique (CRM_COND_COM_BADI).
  • Transferring condition data from customer-specific fields in the SAP ERP system into the SAP CRM system is described in the SAP library.
