This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in component Service Complaint(CRM-BTX-COM). You use this BAdI to perform various checks. For example, you can check the consistency of data, the existence of required entry fields, or the compliance with check tables.

If a check returns a negative result, you can decide whether only an error message is logged (normal case) or whether the data record is not transferred at all.
