CRM_RETREQ_I_COPY - BAdI: Returns Request - Copy

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in component Service Complaint (CRM-BTX-COM).

You can use this BAdI to override the standard implementation of the copy event of object RETREQ_I (Return Request Extension), in reference to a return request item or a complaint item.

The table CRMT_RETREQ_I_COM of the communication structure for object RETREQ_I is used as a changing parameter in the copy method of the BAdI interface. It can be used to override the standard implementation of the copy method of business transaction component class CL_CRM_RETREQ_I.

All necessary steps for copying data outside of the customer BAdI are implemented in the standard system, in internal SAP methods.
