In this Customizing activity, you can execute program Change Assignment Status for the automatic mass change of assignment statuses.

Using various parameters defined in the program and in Customizing activity Define Assignment Status Change, you can control which assignments are included in the status change.

You have made the required settings in Customizing activity Define Assignment Status Change.

In the program, you can set the following parameters:

• Start date and start time

All assignments to which the parameters entered in this program apply, and that are due within the time frame defined by the duration entered in Customizing activity Define Assignment Status Change in combination with the start date and time defined in this program, are included in the assignment status change.

• Service area

You can define the assignments to be changed by service area or by service organization.

• Alternative service area

• Service organization

You can plan this program as a background job in transaction Define Background Job.
