In this Customizing activity, you make the required settings for using program Change Assignment Status for the automatic setting of assignment statuses.

In this Customizing activity, you enter and map the following information:

• Duration

All assignments to which the parameters entered in program Change Assignment Status apply, and that are due within the time frame defined by the duration entered in this Customizing activity in combination with the start date and time defined in the program, are included in the assignment status change.

• Status

This is the status that is automatically set for the applicable assignments.

Moreover, this is the status that triggers the automatic sending of notification e-mails to resources via SAPconnect. For more information, see Customizing activity Define E-Mail Settings.

The settings become effectual when program Change Assignment Status is executed.
