CRM_SCONF_MOB_SP - BAdI: Service Confirmation

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance the standard functions that are available for CRM Service Confirmation as part of the service functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile.

This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_SCONF_MOB_SMARTPHONE, which has the following methods:

  • CRM_BADI_SCONF_MOB_GETLIST

This method will return additional Service Confirmation GUIDS (globally unique identifiers) in addition to the standard GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality, or filter out GUIDS through the standard structures.

For example, in the usual scenario, the Get List functionality will return a set of Service Confirmation GUIDS based on the transaction type and service organization that is maintained in the Customizing activity Define Upload and Download Parameters for Transactional Data. This method can add more GUIDS or filter out GUIDS based on, for example, the sales area criteria like distribution channel, division, and sales organization which you can maintain in your own customization screens.

  • CRM_BADI_SCONF_MOB_GETDETAIL

This method will fill additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures, which is in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.

For example, the fields PROCESS_TYPE and DESCRIPTION are standard fields already present in the structure. This method can fill in additional Service Confirmation attributes in the Service Confirmation header section like External Reference(ZEXT_REF).

  • CRM_BADI_SCONF_MOB_CREATE

This method will create additional data for additional fields through the customer enhancement structures in addition to the data for fields that are available as part of the standard Create functionality.

For example, the fields PROCESS_TYPE and DESCRIPTION are standard fields already present in the structure. This method can create additional Service Confirmation attributes in the Service Confirmation header section like External Reference(ZEXT_REF).
