CRM_SC_MOB_SP - BAdI: Service Contract

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance standard functions that are available for CRM Service Contract as part of the service functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile.

This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_SC_MOB_SMARTPHONE, which has the following methods:

  • CRM_BADI_SC_MOB_GETLIST

This method will return additional Service Contract GUIDS (globally unique identifiers) in addition to the standard GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality, or filter out GUIDS through the standard structures.

For example, in a standard scenario, the Get List functionality will return a set of GUIDS based on the transaction type and exclusion status that is maintained in the Customizing activity Define Upload and Download Parameters for Transactional Data. This method will add more GUIDS or filter out GUIDS based on additional parameters like Service Organization customization criteria which you will maintain in your own customization screens.

  • CRM_BADI_SC_MOB_GETDETAIL

This method will fill additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures, which is in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.

For example, the fields ITEM_GUID and ITEM_NO are standard fields that are already present in the structure for Items. This method can fill in additional Items attributes in the Item header section like Target Value (ZTARGET_VALUE).
