CRM_SDB_003 - Define Priority Types

In this IMG activity, you define the priority types that appear as possible entries for the Priority field in the Solution Database (SDB). When knowledge engineers maintain the Priority field in the SDB, they can also specify a priority level (for example, high, medium, low) for the priority type. You define the priority levels for each priority type in the IMG activity Define Priorities for Each Priority Type.

To define new priority types:

1. Choose New Entries
2. Specify the priority type and enter a description.
3. Save your data.
