CRM_SERVICE_OS_BADI - BAdI: Check Reference Objects

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Sales Transaction component (CRM-BTX-SLO).

You can use this BAdI to check reference objects. For example, you could check where object numbers appear or whether the correct amount of service parts agrees with the number of object numbers.

Note: During service recall processing, if you use individual objects, such as reference objects with subject profile category Y, the system normally makes available by default its own logic for checking the correct quantity of service parts in sales orders.

The following methods are available:

• CRM_SRV_OSSET_CHECK

Checks the reference objects

• CRM_SRV_OSSET_MERGE

Merges the reference objects
