CRM_SLADET_BADI - Business Add-In for SLA Determination

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in service request management (CRM-BTX-SRQ-BF) specifically for service level agreement (SLA) determination.

You can use this BAdI to define additional logic for determining SLAs.

This BAdI contains one method:

• CRM_DETERMINE_PROFILE

You can use this method to provide additional logic for determining SLAs. For example, if you do not want the SLA to be determined from existing SAP customer management objects such as service contracts, business partners, or organizational units, then you can implement the logic in this method as an alternative way of determining SLAs.

In the standard system, no BAdI implementations are delivered.

This BAdI contains no filter parameters.
