This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance the existing standard functionalities of CRM Sales Order which is available as part of the sales functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile.

This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_SO_MOB_SMARTPHONE which has the following methods corresponding to each BAPI wrapper:

  • CRM_BADI_SO_MOBILE_GETLIST

This method will return additional Sales Order GUIDS (globally unique identifiers) in addition to the standard Sales Order GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality, or will filter out Sales Order GUIDS from these standardly-returned ones.

For example, in the usual scenario, the Get List functionality will return a list of Sales Order GUIDS based on the Customizing activity Define Upload / Download parameters for Transactional data. This method can be used to filter down the list of these GUIDS.

  • CRM_BADI_SO_MOBILE_GETDETAIL

This method will fill additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures, which is in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.

For example, the fields PROCESS_TYPE and DESCRIPTION are standard fields already present in the structure. This method will fill in additional Sales Order attributes in the Sales Order header section like Sales Order Territory (ZTERRITORY).

  • CRM_BADI_SO_MOBILE_CREATE

This method will create data for additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures.

For example, running this method will create additional Sales Order attributes in the Sales Order header section like Sales Order Territory (ZTERRITORY).

  • CRM_BADI_SO_MOBILE_CHANGE

This method, as part of the Change functionality, will change additional data through customer enhancement structures.

For example, with this method you can change data in additional Sales Order attributes in the Sales Order header section like Sales Order Territory(ZTERRITORY).
