CRM_SRCL_ACTION_FLOW - Set Up Action Flow for Processing Times

In this activity, you define the sequence in which the system should execute the action sets.

Example

1. For the processing of a processing time, the system needs to calculate first the dates and durations. This is necessary, because the following actions require this information.
2. In the second step, the system evaluates the processing time status.
3. The previous information is necessary for the third step. In this step the system calculates the thresholds.

In the standard system, some actions flows are available.

1. Put together the required action sets in the sequence the system requires to calculate the dates, durations, status, and thresholds.
2. If required, test the execution of the action flow with report Check Processing of Processing Times (CRM_SRCL_TRACE).
