CRM_SRCL_AUTHORIZ - Define Authorizations

In this activity, you define the authorizations for the management of processing times.

1. Add authorization object CRM_SRCLUI to the PFCG roles of the users who are allowed to see processing times on the UI.

Note

The authorization object works additionally to the visible flag in Customizing activity Define Processing Times Profile. The system checks the authorization object for all processing times that you have defined as visible on the UI.

To allow the users to see all visible processing times, set authorization field CRM_PT_ID to *.

1. Assign the authorization for maintaining transaction CRMD_SERV_PROFILE to all users who are allowed to maintain the service profiles to be evaluated by the processing times.
