CRM_SRCL_DEF_TIMEPRF - Define Processing Times Profile

In this activity, you group the processing times that you want to use for a certain transaction type. For every processing time, you can define additionally if it is visible for the end users in the processing times assignment block.

Note

Authorization object CRM_SRCLUI allows you to restrict the visibility of the processing times on a user profile level.

In the next activity, you assign these profiles to the transaction types.

1. Define the processing times profile.
2. Select your entry and choose Assign Processing Time to Profile.
3. Enter the processing times that you want to group together.
4. Select field Visible for each processing time that should be displayed in the processing time assignment block of the transaction type.
