CRM_SRCL_OWNER - Define Processing Time Owners

In this activity, you define groups of persons or organizations for which you want to control whether the delivered services are compliant with the agreements that you have made with these groups.

Example

You want to control whether your services are compliant with the agreements that you have made with your customers as well as with your first and your second level support. For this reason, you want to define three processing times owners that cover the different agreements that you have made with these groups.

For each processing time owner, you assign the partner function to be evaluated. In the Assign Business Partner folder, you can enter the required business partners.

Example

You assign all business partners that belong to your first and second level support. This enables you to measure the times that your first and second level support each spend to perform a service request (operational level agreement).

1. Define the processing time owners for whom you want to create different processing times.
2. Enter the partner function that detects the required business partners automatically.
3. Select your new entry and choose Assign Business Partner.
4. Assign the business partners.
