CRM_SRVMON_RESULT - BAdI: Enhancement of Service Monitor Result

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Service Analytics (CRM-ANA-SRV) component, for the service monitor. You can use this BAdI to adjust and enhance the search result with customer-specific logic and additional fields. The BAdI enhances the implementation class CL_CRM_QSRVMON_RUN_BTIL.

The BAdI definition is called after the standard search result has been determined.

The service monitor provides the following result views:

• Hierarchy view (displaying header and items in a single-level structure)

This view is only available for header searches.

• Item table

This view is available for both header and item searches.

The BAdI therefore provides two methods for adjusting the result:

• ADJUST_HIERARCHY_RESULT to adjust hierarchy

• ADJUST_ITEM_TABLE_RESULT to adjust the item table

Recommendation: If you need to select additional data to adjust the results, consider using the ABAP statement SELECT ... FOR ALL ENTRIES for performant data retrieval.

The dynamic query object that is the filter for this BAdI exists.

You can use this BAdI to define a different logic for determining the status icons.
