CRM_SRVMON_SEARCH - BAdI: Enhancement of Service Monitor Search

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Service Analytics (CRM-ANA-SRV) component, for the service monitor. You can use this BAdI to preselect and adjust search criteria before the actual search is executed by the SAP CRM reporting framework API. The BAdI enhances the implementation class CL_CRM_QSRVMON_RUN_BTIL.

The BAdI definition is called before a search is executed.

The dynamic query object that is the filter for this BAdI exists.

If you always want to restrict a search to certain transaction types, you can add these transaction types as additional search criteria within this BAdI. Customer-specific search criteria can be mapped to search criteria that are standard in the SAP CRM reporting framework API.
