Your customers can change the status of service processes, such as service requests or problem messages that have been entered in the Internet. You can use a status profile for user status to specify which statuses can be set from the Internet.

Only user statuses with status numbers are included in the selection, that is, those statuses that cannot be set at the same time as other user statuses.

Statuses that result in immediate release of the service process are not available for selection in the Internet.

You can use the authorization group to further limit the list of statuses that can be set.

You can specify that customers can set completed problem messages in process again or can confirm them.

The status profiles CRMICSS1 and CRMICSS2 are assigned as examples to the transaction types S1 and S2.

Create or copy a status profile for user status according to the IMG activity.

Assign the status profile to a transaction type in the IMG activity for transaction types.
