CRM_SRV_CHANGE - Prerequisites

To be able to execute change processes, when it comes to Date Profiles, you must pay special attention to the following:

Change Processes at Header Level

To be able to execute change processes at header level, the Date Profiles that are assigned to the corresponding transaction type must contain all of the following Date Types:

• BILL_DATE- Billing Date

• CONTCOMPL - Completion

• CONTEND - Contract End Date

• CONTREORG - Reorganization

• CONTSTART - Contract Start Date

• INVCR_DATE - Billing Document Created On

Change Processes at Item Level

To be able to execute change processes at item level, the Date Profiles that are assigned to the corresponding item categories must contain all of the following Date Types:

• CONTEND - Contract End Date

• CONTEND_OR - Original Contract End Date

• CONTSTART - Contract Start Date

• CONTSTART_OR - Original Contract Start Date

• UBBCONTCHNG - Changed On

• UBBRECEIPT - Date Received

In addition, the Date Profiles must contain all of the following entries for Duration:

• CANCDURA - Time Interval

• CONTDURA - Contract Validity Period

• CONTDURA_OR - Original validity period of contract

In addition, the Date Profiles must contain the following Date Rule:

• UBB0044 - Contract End and Recurrence Frequency

Maintain the Date Profiles under Define Date Profile.
