CRM_SRV_LIF_STS_RES - Define Lifecycle Status for Reservation Creation in Service Transaction

You can use this configuration activity to control reservation creation at an item category level.

The purpose of this configuration activity is to allow you to take a decision on when the reservation is required during the service order lifecycle at item category level.

The values that can be chosen for item category are:

·,,In Process – Indicates material reservation must be created when the service order item is in process.

·,,Released – Indicates material reservation must be created when the service order item is in released.

·,,Not Required – Indicates that no material reservation must be created for an item.

·,,The default status of the service item category added is released.
