CRM_SRV_SURVEY - Define Surveys

You can use this activity to create surveys that appear in the Questionnaires assignment block in service orders.

The activity includes the following steps:

• Designing the layout

• Formulating the questions

• Determining possible answers and the possible ways in which these answers can be entered (for example, by radio button)

• You can also create versions of surveys that have already been filled out and that can be changed. To do this, select a survey, choose Extras → Settings... in the menu, and select Create Versions of Completed Questionnaires.

The standard configuration contains the survey SERVICE_STANDARD.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Choose the required layout.
3. Choose New Section and enter a name.
4. Use the buttons Question, Answer, and Option to enter the questions along with their possible answers and the weighting for evaluation.
