CRM_SUBSTITUTION - Maintain Product Substitution Reasons

In this activity, you maintain the reasons for product substitution.

You can only use substitution reasons that have been downloaded into the CRM System from the R/3 System, as material determination is defined in the R/3 System using the condition technique.

If you define your own substitution reasons in the CRM System, these have no effect on product substitution.

You can also define whether the substitute product or the product ordered should be displayed in the sales transaction after the product has been substituted.

You have defined material substitution reasons in the R/3 System.
