CRM_SV_VALID_PER - Define SAP ERP Sales Volumes Validity Period

In this IMG activity, you can define the ERP sales volumes validity period. The period parameters determine how long the accrual calculation methods can use the latest import of the accrual reference data from ERP. If the validity period has expired the accrual calculation is not performed and the job will generate an error in the job monitor.

There are no standard delivery ERP sales volume validity period parameters. Consequently, accrual calculations are performed regardless of when the last accrual reference data import from ERP occurred.

1. Enter a numeric value that reflects the desired number of periods.
2. Select one of the period values;

• Day

• Week

1. Select Reload Outdated Data(optional).

If this option is selected and the validity period has expired the reference data from ERP will be updated. The amount of time required to perform the accrual calculation may be substantially longer given that the updated accrual reference data must be imported first.
