This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Integration of SAP StreamWork with SAP CRM (CRM-BF-SWI) component. You can use this BAdI to determine the participants for the participant groups defined in Customizing.

This BAdI is called in the following situations:

  • If you create a new StreamWork activity, the BAdI proposes a participant group automatically.
  • If you want to add additional participant groups for the creation of the StreamWork activity (Addbutton in the participant list).

Once you have implemented this BAdI, you must execute the following Customizing activity: Define and Determine Participant Groups -> Determination Method. Create a new filter value for this BAdI and assign it to the BAdI implementation.

This BAdI contains the following methods:

  • DETERMINE_PARTICIPANTS - Determine Participants
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) method to determine participants directly without value help according to the business object.
  • VALUE_HELP_PARTICIPANTS - Get Value Help for Participant Group
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) method to generate and open the value help for the participant group.
  • MAP_VALUE_HELP_PARTICIPANTS - Map Value Help to Participant Group
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) method to map value help fields to the participant fields and to return the list of selected participants.

  • ORDER_CONTACTS_INVOLVED
Determines participants who were assigned to the business transaction as a contact person.
  • ORDER_CONTACT_VH
Determines participants using a value help for contact persons in business transactions.
  • ORDER_EMPL_RESP_VH
Determines participants using a value help for the employee responsible in business transactions.
  • ORDER_IND_ACCOUNT_VH
Determines participants using a value help for the individual account in business transactions.
  • ORDER_PARTIES_INVOLVED
Determines participants who were assigned to the business transaction as parties involved.
  • ORDER_SALES_TEAM
Determines participants who were assigned to the business transaction as a sales team.
