CRM_TSLS_PRODCAT - Configure Product Catalogs

In this step you define which product catalogs should be available to the Telesales agents in the Interaction Center.

An RFC destination must be created.

You can find more information on this in the SAP Library under Basis Components → Basis Services / Communication Interfaces (BC-SRV) → Remote Communications (BC-SRV-RC) → RFC Programing in ABAP.

Enter the relevant parameter, which the system can use to determine the source of the catalogs and the Internet address (URL) of a catalog.
