CRM_WEBREQ_ORDCHANGE - BAdI: Define Web Request Changes to Service Order

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is for processing Web requests. The filter value of this BAdI is the respective request category.

You only need to implement the BAdI for a specific request category when an automatic change to the service order data should be carried out in the background following a change to the request.

Such changes could be:

• Setting an allowed system or user status in accordance with the request fields

• Adding a partner in accordance with request fields

• Defining a different price in accordance with the request fields

Changes to the request data itself, so the data in the request form, are not supported by this BAdI. If no change to the service order data should take place in the background, you do not need to implement this BAdI.

The Business Add-In is used in the WebClient UI after changing the request in the dialog box using Change Request.

The BAdI is activated for a new request category by default. Only after the BAdI has been implemented and activated for a request category (filter value) is the implemented method CHANGE_ORDER called at the places mentioned above.

Implement method CHANGE_ORDER of the BAdI according to your requirements. You can use the sample implementation to help you.

On the initial screen (dialog box), you define a request category for an implementation as the filter value. Then proceed as follows:
