This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Web Channel CRM Sales - One Time Customer (WEC-APP-SLS-CRM) component. You can use this BAdI to display additional information in e-mailed SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe. This BAdI is called when Web shop guest users select to have a detailed status of their document (for example, sales order or service request) sent in PDF format to the e-mail address entered in the document.

You can use the FILL_ATTRIBUTES method to populate attributes (changing parameter is CS_OBJECT_DATA) used in e-mailed forms.

You have installed Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enh. Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

  1. Add new attributes to the CRMS_WEC_GUEST_USER_EMAIL_DATA structure.
  2. Implement this BAdI to populate the new attributes, which become available in the CRM_WEC_GUEST_USER_EMAILME_IF SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe interface under the IS_OBJECT_DATA import parameter (transaction SFP).
  3. Design new SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe using Adobe LiveCycle Designer and the existing CRM_WEC_GUEST_USER_EMAILME_IF interface.
  4. To use the new form to send e-mails, enter the name of the new form into one of the following:
  • Web Channel Builder configuration

  • BAdI implementation (use the CV_FORM_NAME attribute).
