This document gives you an overview of the Customizing settings you have to make for product configuration to work in SAP Web Channel Experience Management.

1. Definition of Item Categories

You can customize what is displayed in the configurator within CRM orders ,such as the sub-items, variant replacements, and default configurations. This is relevant if you use the CRM order-based shopping cart in the Web Channel.
