To integrate your SAP CRM system with the Web Channel Content Management Application, you must create a marketing campaign type that supports Web content assignments.

You do the following in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> Basic Data -> Define Types/Objectives/Tactics:

  1. Create a new type, for example, ZQM (Web Channel Discount).
  2. Under Settings, enter the category Campaign.
  3. Under Campaign Specific Attributes, enter the Web Channel scenario Web Content.
