This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Web Channel Sales Using CRM Sales (WEC-APP-SLS-CRM) component. You can use this BAdI to determine how data from sales transactions (entered by Web shop customers) is integrated into the SAP CRM back end by using the following BAdI methods:

  • GET_DOCUMENT
You can change which data is read from sales transactions before the data is passed to the Java layer for display on the Web shop user interface by using the following parameters:
  • Importing parameters contain control data that specifies data to be read from the SAP CRM back end.

  • Changing parameters contain data from sales transactions read from the SAP CRM back end. You can modify these parameters as necessary.

  • SET_DOCUMENT
You can determine how the data from sales transactions is changed before the data is passed to the application programming interface (API) by using the following parameters:
  • Importing parameters contain control data coming from the Java layer of the Web shop.

  • Changing parameters contain data from sales transactions (from the Java layer of the Web shop) before the data is passed to the API. You can modify these parameters as necessary.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

For information about the implementation of BAdIs in the context of the Enhancement Concept, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Embedding in the Enhancement Framework.

You want to enrich sales transactions entered by Web shop customers in the Web shop by assigning contact persons related to sold-to-parties. In the SET_DOCUMENT BAdI method, you add the ID of the contact person with the related partner function.
