CRM_WFM_AVAIL_TEMP - Define Availability Templates

In this IMG activity, you define availability templates for use in entering employee availability information. The system can only schedule employees for time intervals in which they are available to work. You must define availability periods for all employees. Rather than specifying the specific availability periods for all employees, you can define templates that describe general availability periods, such as AM, PM, or Weekends, and assign those as necessary to employees. These templates reduce the time required for entering employee information.
