CRM_WFM_BRKRULSET - Define Break Rules

In this IMG activity, you define break rule sets. If your interaction center uses large numbers of break rules, you can group the most commonly used break rules into sets and assign them to an employee. Use this activity to define those groups and apply them to specific locations. You assign a break rule to employees in the Employee Maintenance iView on the Work Area and Qualifications tab.
