CRM_WFM_DFLTSETGRP - Define Default Group Settings

In this IMG activity, you define default group settings. The system uses settings and attributes you define in this activity in calculation and reporting. Use this IMG activity to create the groups you will use for classifying employees.

You may also use this activity to define default settings, which substantially reduces the time required to perform employee maintenance activities.
