CRM_WFM_ORG_LOC - Define Organization Unit and Location Profile Mapping

In this IMG activity you associate organizational units in mySAP CRM with location profiles created for IC WFM. The org unit mapped to the location profile represents the top level node of the org hierarchy in IC WFM, typically representing a physical location.

You have created an organizational unit in mySAP CRM to be associated with the location. To maintain your Organization, use transaction PPOMA_CRM.

You have created a location profile for your location. To create a location profile, select the following path in the IMG for CRM: Customer Relationship Management → Interaction Center Workforce Management → Operational Settings → Define Location Profile.

Define your location profile by completing the following fields in the Location Profile and Organization Mapping table:

Field	Description
Root Org Node	The CRM organization unit to associate with the location profile.
Loc Profile	The IC WFM location to map to the CRM organizational unit.
