CRM_WFM_SCHD_PRIOTY - Define Schedule Priorities

In this IMG activity, you define the costs to be used by the schedule solver. The system uses a list of predefined "costs" to provide a schedule according to your organization's priorities. You can modify cost values to align your schedule results with your objectives. Use this IMG activity to refine those costs and assign different values to them.

Schedule priorities have preconfigured default settings that apply a balanced importance. Significant changes to these values may result in undesirable or unpredictable schedule results.
